ASA College ceased instruction on February 24, 2023. On December 22, 2023, the °µÍøTV (NYSED) discontinued all registered degree and certificate programs at ASA College. On July 25, 2024, the New York State Board of Regents in conjunction with the °µÍøTV (NYSED) issued an Order revoking the degree conferring authority of ASA College. The institution’s accreditor and the United States Department of °µÍøTV (USDE) consider the College closed as of February 24, 2023.

Transcripts

Former students who attended aÌý¹ó±ô´Ç°ù¾±»å²¹Ìýlocation of ASA College should contact the Florida Commission for Independent °µÍøTV (CIE) to obtain their transcripts. Information about ordering a transcript is available on CIE’s website: .

Former students who attended aÌýNew York (Brooklyn, Manhattan)Ìýcampus of ASA College should contact the NYSED to request their official transcripts. The following form must be used to request an ASA College (New York) official transcript: ASA College Transcript Request Form.

Completed transcript request forms will only be accepted if submitted in .PDF or .JPG formats. Forms submitted in any other format will be returned.

Please allow up toÌý14 business daysÌýto process the transcript request form. Due to the high volume of transcript requests, we cannot expedite the processing of a form nor respond to follow-up emails/messages regarding the status of a transcript request. We are fulfilling all transcript requests as quickly as possible, and we will notify requestors via email when transcript(s) are sent.

As per New York State law, colleges cannot withhold a student’s official transcript due to an unpaid balance or other debt owed to the institution.

Diplomas

NYSED does not have access to ASA College diplomas or certificates. Unfortunately, NYSED is unable to assist graduates with diploma-related requests. However, official transcripts should identify any degrees or certificates awarded by ASA College. Please refer to the above information on ordering ASA College transcripts.

Accreditation Status

ASA College’s former accreditor, the Middle States Commission on Higher °µÍøTV (MSCHE), previously announced that the institution’s accreditation ceased on March 1, 2023. The most recent statement issued by MSCHE can be found at:Ìý
