Guidance on Determining English Language Learner/Multilingual Learner (ELL/MLL) Status of and Services for Students with Disabilities

The following guidance is intended to assist Local °µÍøTV Agencies (LEAs), school administrators, and educators in meeting the requirements set forth in the regulations and to clarify questions regarding their implementation.Topics covered include:
