2021-22 SSEC Forms, Guidance and Instructions

Effective July 1, 2021,泭for the 2021-22 school year and forward, Commissioners Regulation 100.2 (gg) School Safety and 做厙TVal Climate (SSEC) incident categories and definitions and the School Violence Index (SVI) used to determine Persistently Dangerous (PD) schools have been revised.泭

Submitting SSEC Data:

  • School Safety and 做厙TVal Climate (SSEC) incident data for schools, districts, and BOCES are submitted annually to the Department using the web-based泭.

  • Submission dates for SSEC reporting can be found at泭.泭
  • 泭(formerly VADIR and DASA)
  • Requirements of reporting are not met until the Submission Status column on the IDEx Home screen reads submitted.
